Hi at last! I have been going through a bad patch, so sorry about not getting back to you quicker. I am not really back to blogging yet, but trying to get round to visit people.
I am going to go and have a bit of a read down your blog now and see if I can find out a bit more about you. I am in touch with several people that have MS, but no-one who has ME, so it is nice to meet a fellow ME blogger - someone who understands!

So just checking by. I am much better today in spirits and feel quite lifted, I wonder if the sun has anything to do with it? ;-)
So I am also hoping you are getting some warmth on your skin too. And don't forget, it may show the dust up on your floor but DO NOT hoover . . . you need to practice those steps :-)
