Love the tomatoes! Just read your comment over at Rach's and I am in the same boat. I saw Rach on Monday, she came down with the flu on Tuesday, and I am all achy etc, but it is so difficult to know if its flu or not when I feel like this so much of the time with ME. I don't have a fever or anything though so I'm presuming that it's ok!

I'm having a much better day today so I think I am in the clear this time! We have just washed my hair - not sure how mobile or not you are, but we found this great gadget which is a bit like a hairdressers sink, but on a stand, so I sit in my shower chair with my head in it and we just use the shower head to wash it which is great. It makes so much difference as we wash my hair Saturday and then I have a shower on Sunday and it doesn't cause too much pay back!

Fingers crossed that you are well - I think that part of the reason that swine flu is so scary is that it could cause a bad crash which is just the last thing that either of us want, so I really hope that you are in the clear. I have been wondering if the flu epidemic will trigger off more cases of ME as I think flu is one of the trigger diseases isn't it - maybe it will cause a lot of publicity about it?

Anyway hope that you have had a good day today! Lots of spoons coming in your direction!
